Alpine Falls is located on the Loyalsock Trail, which runs through central Pennsylvania. The Loyalsock trail is also known as the LT. The trail is about 59 miles long and runs from route 87 around Barbours to 220 near Forksville. Alpine Falls is located near the Worlds End section of the trail. I would reccomend hiking near Alpine Falls on the scenic Loyalsock Trail.
